So last night whilst the majority of the nation settled down infront of the tele armed with a cup of tea and a couple of Digestives, our favourite celebs and stars of the music industry were out in force, glammed up to the nines and ready for a good old party at The Brit Awards.

The audience and viewers at home were treated to top performances from the likes of Take That, Adele, Plan B and Rihanna to name but a few, and an evening of wild outfits and cringing acceptance speeches made rather entertaining viewing.

Well in light of all these star studded award ceromonies we’ve witnessed over the last few weeks, here in the office we started to feel a little left out of the limelight and so have decided to host our very own GettingPersonal.co.uk Gift Awards on Monday 21st February.

OK, so there might not be any celebrity performances, designer dresses or even bottles of champagne, but there will be 7 categories where all 4,000 of our precious gifts will be competing for the following prestigious titles:

Best Gift for Him

Best Gift for Her

Best Newcomer

Best Personalised Gift

Best Wedding Gift

Best Birthday Gift

Best Christening Gift

As I’m sure you can imagine, the competition for each title is very tough and we’re all at the edge of our seats waiting for announcement of the winners on Monday morning.
