GettingPersonal’s Christmas List – Week 6

So December has finally arrived which means Christmas is most definately just around the corner. With Christmas shopping now in full swing, we thought it was about time for another Staff Picks here on the blog to give you a few ideas.

This week it is turn of Customer Services Supervisor Mike Tose to tell us what Christmas gifts he has his eye on this year…

Tell us a little bit about what you do here at GettingPersonal.co.uk?

“Hey! As one of the customer services supervisors, it’s my job to make sure the department is running as smooth as possible. Making sure all the daily tasks are done to a high standard and that we get back to the customers within the time scales we say we will. But most of all making sure all the advisers leave each customer feeling satisfied with the advice we have given!”

And what Christmas Gifts are you planning to buy this year?

“This year I’ll mostly be doing all of my shopping at GettingPersonal.co.uk (again!) but one thing that has caught my eye is the slanket. My girlfriend is currently in her second at university and just moved into her first house. As they seem to lower the prices on everything for these students except utility bills, leaving the heating on is always a bit of an issue and therefore big blankets are a must-have, and with the addition of sleeves I’ll never hear the ‘I can’t do any work it’s too cold!’ excuse again..”

And anything you’d like from the site for yourself?

“Well..like most growing boys I love my sleep and, as I’m sure that as most will agree, waking up again becomes a bit of an issue. Especially with the brisk winter mornings and extra food you’re eating because of all the Christmas nibbles. Therefore I think that the Off the Wall Football Alarm Clock will be at the top of my wish-list. I think it’s a great idea for anyone who has a worn out snooze button on their alarm by constantly wanting “5 more minutes”. Although it’s a daunting thought, I think having to get up and stumble around after your alarm clock after you’ve thrown it at the wall is the perfect way to get up and at ‘em with time to spare.”
